While I was in Carbondale, I got to see baby, soon to be toddler, Giselle pull herself up for the first time. It was the most adorable thing ever and I caught it in a series of poorly-lit, slightly blurry shots! YES!

Step 1: Starting. I like the feet placement.

Step 2: Brace well. Have backup (Jenny)

Step 3: Determined face and pull.

Step 4: Realization of progress.

Step 5: Happy face, worried mom.

Step 6: Success!

Notes: Don't look down!

Mom: "Did you get that???"
Giselle: "I can maybe get to the other side..."

Jenny's excited face.

Blurry action-shot cheer!

Sorry, baby, we are putting that bar just a little bit higher.
Love you, baby Giselle. Your little baby cuteness has been fun. I can't wait to come home from my birthday trip and see you toddling around even though I'll miss your cuddly, serene littleness.

Yeah! I'm so glad you got this in pictures! She's a pro at it now! She'll be walking before we know it!

How cute is she??? So great you got this with your camera!
It's too bad you don't live with Jenny, so you can capture all of lifes moments. When are you moving in with me so you can take pictures for me and do all my blogging?
