My photo a day is ready to hit its third birthday in February (no, I didn't start at the beginning of the year like everyone else). Heaven knows my first year wasn't nearly as amazing as Suzanne's! (actually, to be fair, none of my years have been!).
I have a few confessions too. In my three years I've missed two photos. Both of them because I used film and developed it wrong (myself, of course). That was within about the first three months or so of my project. I was really sad, but it was the thought that counted. I have one picture I took a few days after the day because I was using someone else's camera on the day and she never sent me the pictures so I had to put something up. A few days were taken on Heather's cell phone when my camera died and over-all, I think I've missed posting about 4 days just because it got over-looked. Oops. I also know if I had to POST every day, this so would never happen (as evidenced by my 30 day challenge I never did).
Here are a few of my favorite photos -- either because of the photo itself or the emotional attachment I have to the events -- from 2010 and here's to 2011!

YOU are an artist. Thanks, I loved them all.
Kristy, I've said this before, so it may sound trite, but I mean it 100% sincerely. You've got a rare gift for photography. Honestly, I'm not just saying that. As an amateur photographer, there are things that you do naturally that I absolutely envy. Never let anyone (especially yourself) convince yourself that you're not good, because honestly, you're incredible.
I was going through and listing my 'favorites of the favorites' but it was pretty much every other/every third photo. I'm so glad you included the typewriter and Conference Center though! Well done, as always.
I second what Bill said! You definitely have a gift, friend. Trust me, I know these things. :-)
These are BEAUTIFUL, Kristy! I just keep staring at them thinking, "How did she DO that?!"
amazing...you've captured such beauty, thank you for sharing.
